Father Terry Crone
A note from our New Pastor….
Fr. Terry Crone
I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. My family and I were active in our local parish, St. Ann in Bartlett, when I was growing up. I was an altar server from 4th to 12th grade, and a lector and a Eucharistic minister in High School. I received 12 years of Catholic education, first at St. Ann (grades 1-8) and then at Memphis Catholic HS.

For college I moved to Atlanta to go to Georgia Tech and earn a Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering degree. Tech was where my vocation took root and I began to attend monthly Vocation Discernment Masses with Fr. Don Kenny. My vocation continued to grow after college as I worked for the Georgia State Government in their Drinking Water Testing Labs as a Computer Network Administrator.
In 1996, I started at St. Vincent Seminary in Latrobe, PA, studying to serve in the Archdiocese of Atlanta. During the summers, I served at several parishes in the Archdiocese. On June 15, 2002, I was ordained a priest by Archbishop Donoghue.
I have worked in three parishes in North Georgia as a priest: 2002-2005 at St. Michael the Archangel in Woodstock, 2005-2006 at St. James the Apostle in McDonough, and 2006-2009 at St. Catherine of Siena in Kennesaw. All three of my assignments have been excellent learning experiences and opportunities for growth personally and as a priest; I look forward to serving at St. Mary and St. Catherine Laboure as your pastor and learning even more from my time here with you all.

John and Pat have always been active in the life of the Catholic parishes they have lived in; serving in a liturgical capacity, singing, lecturing, and other related ministries.
In thanksgiving for the Church's generosity, for the benevolence of the many fine priests John had the privilege of serving with over the years, and especially for the generosity of Fr. Kaminski, John sought to return this generosity by serving God's people in the ministry of Deacon.
