Mission Statement: Bereavement Support Committee
The Bereavement Support Committee will meet once a month. Our goal is to support the family of the deceased; by being there for them to listen, to share, to support, and to reassure them that they are not alone during this difficult time. We will do some things together to help the healing process like: sharing a meal, a movie, or visiting with them. We will keep in contact with them, as well as supply them with telephone numbers of group members if they need our help.

The Heavenly Dusters are a group of volunteers that gather together on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month after 12:10 Mass and clean the church. We have a list of jobs that need to be done. Each person signs up for one of the jobs. If we don't have enough people to complete all jobs, some of the ladies will sign up for a second job. The Church provides the Heavenly Dusters with all of the equipment and supplies needed to clean the church. All parishioners are welcome to come and share their time and talent to help us keep St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church clean and welcoming to all that come here to worship our Lord.

The Music Ministry is looking for all musicians to come join us in singing praise to the Lord! Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings at 7pm in the Sanctuary. All musician types are welcome. We are especially in need of a pianist. Singers are not required to know how to read music. If a full-time commitment is challenging for you, consider joining our choir for special occasions. Saint Augustine tells us to sing is to pray doubly! Your gift is needed.
Children's Choir meets for special liturgies only. All children ages 5-12 are welcome to join. Teenagers are encouraged to join the adult choir. Please see bulletin for for more information.

Visitation Committee - Mary Wood
Mission Statement:
All requested visits to St. Catherine’s Laboure parishioners will be carried out in a timely manner. Visits will be requested by the patient or their family. Information should include name, address (with directions), telephone number and any special needs or requests, i.e. communion, Deacon, Priest, etc.
If communion is requested, the host is obtained from the tabernacle and taken directly to the home of the recipient. A class will be conducted by Deacon John to acquaint the ministers with the proper protocol for readings and administering the sacrament.
Information on visitation will be recorded in a book in the sanctuary. (Only pertinent information, date of visit, name of minister) All information is confidential except for these details.

The high school youth group meet every other Sunday evening during the school year at 7:00 p.m.
